These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from the Bibimbop Kids online store ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

1. About us

Bibimbop Kids is a trading name of SKP Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 89 700 851 850). We are an online store based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We sell toys online only; we don't have a shopfront. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partners and shipped directly to you.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage it or interfere with other people's use of it.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, wood grain and finishes can vary slightly between batches and on different screens, and packaging may change. Age guidance, dimensions and warnings are supplied by the manufacturer; please read them before you buy and follow them when your child plays.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already paid for. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners; we don't see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund policy.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Safe use of toys

Toys should be used as intended and in line with the age guidance and warnings supplied. Young children should always be supervised during play. See our Toy safety page for general tips.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 8, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and our own images, belongs to Bibimbop Kids or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
